Last week Yasai had the pleasure to present itself deep within a mountain in Sargans, Switzerland. Thanks to the Swiss Food Research Center and Scaut we were able to talk about Underground Farming.
We met people who already farm insects, mushrooms and microgreens, there might be some very interesting synergies in the future.
Who knows maybe the 360'000 bunkers in Switzerland might be actually used for farming soon instead of being empty all the time!
